These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Collectible Command Center website, online store, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. Orders and pricing

Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for informational purposes and may contain errors. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, limit quantities, and correct pricing mistakes before or after an order is placed. Payment is processed according to the method you select at checkout.

3. Collectibles and condition

Trading cards and collectibles are inherently variable in condition and market value. Unless otherwise stated, singles are sold as-is. Graded items are sold subject to the grade and encapsulation shown. You are responsible for reviewing listing details before purchase.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use the Services to violate law, infringe intellectual property, transmit malware, scrape or overload our systems without permission, harass others, or engage in fraud. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT WHERE ALLOWED.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLLECTIBLE COMMAND CENTER AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR A PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE ORDER.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
