Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States unless otherwise noted at checkout. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking when your package ships.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
High-value orders may require signature confirmation at delivery. Singles, slabs, and sealed product are packed with care to reduce damage in transit.
Returns & exchanges
If you receive the wrong item or a product that arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and item. We will work with you on a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
For sealed product, returns must be unopened and in original factory condition unless the item is defective or not as described. Opened singles and certain collectible items may not be eligible for return except where required by law or at our discretion.
Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method. Return shipping may be your responsibility unless we shipped in error or the item was damaged or misrepresented.
In-store pickup
If pickup is offered for your order, you will receive instructions when your order is ready. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation. Orders not picked up within the stated hold period may be restocked and refunded minus any restocking fee noted at checkout.
