We source inventory from reputable distributors and collectors. Graded slabs are sold as represented by the grading company shown on the label. If you ever have a concern about a purchase, contact us with your order details.
Yes. We buy and trade toward store credit depending on condition and demand. Bring your cards during business hours or see our Sell to Us page for an overview of how trade-ins work.
We run events and casual meetups for various games. Schedules and registration links are posted on our Events page. Space may be limited for sanctioned tournaments—sign up early when listed.
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Transit time depends on your location and the service you select at checkout. You will receive tracking by email when the label is created.
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer box and damaged items. We will help with a replacement, credit, or refund according to our Shipping & Returns policy.
When preorders are available, terms including release dates, cancellation rules, and allocation will be shown on the product page or at checkout. Release dates can change based on the publisher—we will communicate updates when we have them.
